As a Flight Support Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering personalized travel experiences by coordinating flight planning, permits, ground handling, and catering. Your attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction will ensure that every aspect of their journey is seamlessly executed.
QUALIFICATIONS- Minimum 3 years in aviation services
- Candidate should have a tertiary qualification or higher
- Good understanding of aviation concierge services
- Providing pre-flight consultation
- Conducting route analyses
- Arranging worldwide ground handling services
- Coordinating with CAAs, agents, handlers and associated third party vendors to follow up specific requests
- Working in a team to coordinate high quality services for corporate business jets, commercial carriers, ambulance flights and government VIP flights
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Verbal and written fluency in English (additional language preferred)
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
